Artisan Ekaterina Pokrovskaya Store Behind the Art:

Ekaterina Pokrovskaya: "I was born and raised in Russia, and came to Rio de Janeiro because of my mother's work as trainer for synchronized swimming. I fell in love with Brazil so I decided to stay. I worked for an international jewelry company, where I learnt all I could about precious and semi precious stones. I opened a small workshop, and that's how I started. I find inspiration in everything that surrounds me, and I love to design jewelry."
